1) Garden Reach Shipbuilders

Company Profile :  The company is incorporated in 1913 and it is a Mini Ratna Category I Company. They are engaged in ship building promoted by President of India, acting through the Ministry of Defence. The PSU company is geared up the ipo worth Rs.1000-1200 crore. The company works on the requirements comes from Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard. They manufacturer deck machinery items, pre fabricated portable steel bridges and marine pumps. They have three manufacturing facilities in India. They have order book over 2 lakh millions which is a bigger one. They have over 2200 full time employees.

IPO Objective : It plans to continue strengthening its strong relationships with the Indian Navy and the Indian Coast Guard. It is also planning to ramp up focus on the repair and refitting of Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard vessels. Additionally, GRSE may also increase its research and development spends to boost efforts in the development and design of warships along with engineering product development.

2) Aavas Financiers Ltd

Company Profile : Aavas Financiers Ltd is a retail, affordable housing finance company, primarily serving low and middle income self employed customers in semi-urban and rural areas in India. Company is registered with the NHB (National Housing Bank) as an HFC (Housing Finance Company) and commenced operations in Jaipur, Rajasthan in March 2012.
Company conducts its operations through 165 branches spread across 92 districts in eight states of which, they have a significant presence in the four states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.Since the commencement of Company’s operations in March 2012, they have served more than 57,000 customers.

IPO Objective : Company intends for massive expansion of its branches in new cities and states. And has a vision to drive greater and deeper penetration in the eight states in which they operate and set up an additional 70 branches during Fiscal 2019.
Company also intends to commence operations in the state of Uttarakhand during Fiscal 2019.

Company Profile : John Energy is one of India’s leading private onshore Oil & Gas service providers catering to upstream and midstream players in India and overseas.

They provide diversified service offerings spanning drilling, workover and gas compression services to the companies engaged in the onshore exploration, development and production of Oil & Gas.

Company owns a fleet of 34 rigs comprising of 19 Drilling Rigs and 15 Workover Rigs.They currently own 7 rigs with capacities above 1,000 HP which are capable of drilling depths 5,000 meters and beyond.

4) Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders

Company Profile : The PSU Company is promoted by President of India. They are India’s biggest warship builders. Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has current order for building four P-15B destroyers, four P-17A stealth frigates and five Scorpene class submarines for the Indian Navy. The value of the order is around 52000 crore rupees. The company is located in Mumbai and they are the only shipyard which build destroyers and conventional submarines for the Navy.
